Summer Arts in New York City...

Columbia University School of the Arts is the place to be this summer for aspiring artists and professional practitioners from around the globe. Each year, several of the world's top artists welcome more than 350 summer students to Columbia's campus in New York City.

School of the Arts Summer Programs

Join us in 2010 and choose from a diverse range of master classes, workshops, courses, and community events, designed by School of the Arts graduate faculty to engage and appeal to individuals at all levels of artistic experience.

2010 highlights include a new workshop in TV Writing with Jamal Joseph, Chair of the graduate Film Program; Contemporary Theatre and Performance in Paris; and new classes in travel writing and young adult fiction, added to our popular line up of Creative Writing Master Classes.
