Emphasizing scholarship as a sophisticated rhetorical artifice produced within specific historical contexts, this course explores the rhetoric of academic writing and examines Chinese scholarship as a site of linguistic, epistomological, and cultural contestation. This course is taught in Mandarin Chinese. |
