Engineering disciplines covered include civil, infrastructure, transportation planning, environmental planning, permitting, environmental remediation, geotechnical, and waterfront/marine. Overview of land use and environmental law, architecture and urban planning, as related to land development. Discussion of how these subjects affect decisions—cost, schedule, programming—involved in real estate development. |
