| Course Description | This intensive, seven-week course prepares students to lead and manage effectively through periods of significant change. Combining research-backed frameworks with reflective practice, students explore the intersection of vision, strategy, culture, and people management. The course draws on examples from the social impact sector and high-growth startups to examine how leaders drive transformation, build resilient organizations, and inspire performance. Students will apply concepts through the design of a hypothetical organization, culminating in the development of a strategic plan, organizational structure, and leadership toolkit. Ideal for students preparing to lead teams or initiatives across sectors. |
