| Course Description | This course examines how artificial intelligence is transforming negotiation practice and equips students with a framework for strategic, ethical negotiation. The course explores negotiations in which AI serves as a preparation tool, a negotiating assistant, an agent, and a counterpart. Students engage with AI-enhanced human negotiation, human-to-AI negotiation, and AI-agent negotiation. Through recorded negotiations, prompt design, bot-building, negotiations with and against AI agents, an asymmetric access exercise, and a live simulation integrating all modalities, students build technical fluency with emerging technologies while critically examining the ethical, cultural, and professional challenges they introduce.
