| Course Description | AI-Enabled Executive Project Leadership prepares graduate students to lead complex projects in environments increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, digital communication, and rapid organizational change. The course’s main topics include AI-supported project leadership and decision-making, emotional intelligence, executive presence, leadership voice, nonverbal communication, digital presence, stakeholder engagement, influence without authority, conflict management, executive storytelling, risk communication, and the ethical and responsible use of AI. Students will use the Landit.ai emotional intelligence platform to assess and strengthen their communication, self-awareness, adaptability, empathy, and leadership effectiveness. The course is designed for all students in the M.S. in Project Management program rather than for students pursuing a specialized track. It is especially valuable for current and aspiring project, program, product, and transformation leaders who must communicate credibly, build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams. |
